1. Can I start work before my Commercial permit is issued?

Answer: Work cannot start before a permit is issued.  We do offer Partial permits and Foundation only permits in order for the project to get started.  A foundation only permit would require two additional sets of plans to be submitted. A partial permit would require one additional set. A partial permit would be for underground plumbing and interior demolition.
