When a permit is issued and a change has been made to the approved plans. The change needs to come back into plan review for approval. When submitting the change include two sets of plans. Only include the plan sheets that are effected by the change. The change will be processed by of our counter staff and a change fee is charged. A supplemental change application needs to be filled out and the cost valuation for materials and labor for the change placed on the application.
Examples of a change that would not require plan review would be a Change of contractor, Change of Address.
